Is the published price per vehicle or per passenger?

The price is per vehicle, not per passenger. There are no additional charges; the rate is for the full service.

I have not received my booking confirmation

We usually reply within one or two hours. If you don’t see our response, please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, send your request again or use a different email address. Make sure all required fields are completed so we can confirm your booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

We do not charge anything in advance, so there is no penalty for canceling. If you paid by PayPal or card, the total will be refunded minus the processing fee. We kindly ask you to notify us at least one or two days in advance by email or WhatsApp, including your booking code.

Do the drivers speak English and are they guides?

Our drivers speak Spanish and understand basic English. They follow a pre-established itinerary, so communication is not an issue. Some drivers can accompany you during visits if requested, but they are not professional guides.

Do I need to pay for the tour in advance?

No advance payment is required. You can pay at the end of the tour or in advance by PayPal if you prefer. If you decide to cancel, we only ask that you inform us as a courtesy.
