Is the price per person or per vehicle?

The price is per vehicle, not per passenger. We do not charge by the number of people.

Where do I meet the driver at Cusco Airport?

The driver will be waiting outside the arrivals area with a sign with your name on it. After you pick up your luggage, exit the terminal and you will see him there.

I didn’t receive my booking confirmation

We usually reply within 1–2 hours. Please check your spam folder. If you can’t find it, contact us via WhatsApp or resend your request using a different email address.

What is the cancellation policy?

We do not charge in advance. If you already paid with PayPal or card, the full amount will be refunded minus the processing fee. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Is tipping mandatory in Peru?

No. Tipping is optional. If the service was good, a tip is appreciated but never required.

What happens if my luggage is delayed or lost?

Let us know via WhatsApp. We include 1 hour of free waiting time after landing. After that, USD 2 per additional hour will be charged.

How long does this tour last?

The City Tour lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours, depending on the group’s pace and the stops.

Do the drivers speak English and are they tour guides?

Our drivers speak Spanish and understand some English. They are not tour guides. If you want a professional guide, you can request one separately.

Do I need to pay in advance?

No. You can pay at the end of the tour in cash or in advance via PayPal or credit card.

Can I leave my luggage in the vehicle during the tour?

Yes. The car remains locked and the driver looks after your belongings.

Is a sedan suitable for 4 passengers?

Yes, as long as you have light luggage. With large suitcases, we recommend a van.

Places to visit

Sacsayhuaman

It is one of the most impressive archaeological complexes in Cusco, famous for its massive stone walls perfectly fitted together. It was an important Inca ceremonial center where sacred rituals and celebrations were held, and today it offers spectacular views of the city, making it a must-visit for every traveler.

Qenqo

It is an archaeological site whose name means “labyrinth” or “zigzag,” and it had a purely ceremonial and religious function. Here you can see a semicircular amphitheater with trapezoidal niches and a large monolith carved in the shape of a puma, reflecting the Incas’ deep spiritual connection with nature.

Pucapucara

It is located just a few kilometers from the city of Cusco, and its name means “Red Fortress.” This archaeological site was an ancient Inca military post and strategic lookout point from where access to the city was controlled. Its reddish walls and terraces at sunset give it a special charm and make it an interesting stop before arriving in Cusco.

Tambomachay

It is known as the “Temple of Water” and was an important ceremonial center dedicated to the worship of water in Inca times. It stands out for its finely carved channels, aqueducts, and waterfalls, through which water still flows from a nearby spring, showcasing the advanced Andean hydraulic engineering.
