The price is per vehicle, not per passenger. We don’t charge by the number of people.

Where do I meet the driver at Cusco airport?

The driver will wait for you outside the arrivals area with a sign with your name. After picking up your luggage, exit the terminal and you’ll see him there.

Can I start the tour in Ollantaytambo and finish in Cusco?

Yes. We can pick you up at your hotel or train station in Ollantaytambo and finish at your hotel or the airport in Cusco.

We usually reply within 1–2 hours. Please check your spam folder. If you don’t find it, write to us on WhatsApp or try again with another email.

Do I need to pay in advance?

No, it’s not necessary. You can pay at the end of the tour in cash, or in advance via PayPal or card.

What is the cancellation policy?

We don’t charge anything in advance. If you already paid by PayPal or card, we refund the full amount minus the processing fee. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Is tipping mandatory in Peru?

No. It’s optional. If the service was good, a tip is welcome, but never required.

What happens if my luggage is delayed or lost?

Let us know via WhatsApp. We include 1 hour of free waiting time after landing. After that, USD 2 is charged per additional hour.

Do the drivers speak English? Are they guides?

Our drivers speak Spanish and some basic English. They are not tour guides. If you want a guide, you can request one separately.

Can I leave my luggage in the car during the tour?

Yes. The vehicle stays locked and the driver looks after your belongings.

Can I stop at my hotel in Cusco before going to Ollantaytambo?

Yes. Just let us know when you make your reservation.

How long does the tour last?

The tour usually lasts between 5 and 6 hours, depending on the pace and the stops.

Can I pay in soles or dollars?

Yes. We accept payments in Peruvian soles (S/.) or U.S. dollars (USD).

Can we make stops along the way?

Yes. We can stop in Pisac, Awanacancha, Ccochahuasi, or other Sacred Valley points. Ask us to create the best route for you.

Is a sedan enough for 4 passengers?

Yes, if you have light luggage. With large suitcases, we recommend a van.

Pisac market

It is a must-stop in the Sacred Valley, perfect for finding authentic handicrafts and unique souvenirs. Awanacancha

It is an Andean cultural center where you can see llamas, alpacas, vicuñas, and guanacos up close in their natural habitat. You will also learn about the ancestral weaving process, the main activity and way of life for many local families, making this visit an authentic experience to understand Cusco’s textile tradition.

Ccochahuasi

It is a sanctuary and rescue center dedicated to the protection of endangered Andean animals, with special focus on the majestic Andean condor. Here you can see various rescued species up close and learn about conservation efforts, enjoying an educational and exciting experience in the heart of nature.

Taray Viewpoint

The Taray Viewpoint is one of the best panoramic spots in the Sacred Valley.
