Can I pay with a credit card (CC)?

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

The price is per vehicle, not per passenger. We do not charge per number of people.

Where do I meet the driver at Cusco Airport?

The driver will be waiting outside the arrivals area with a sign with your name. After picking up your luggage, exit the terminal and you will see them there.

I didn’t receive my booking confirmation

We usually reply within 1–2 hours. Please check your spam folder. If you can’t find it, contact us via WhatsApp or resend your request using another email address.

Do I have to pay in advance?

No, it’s not necessary. You can pay at the end of the tour in cash, or in advance by PayPal or credit card.

What is the cancellation policy?

We don’t charge anything in advance. If you already paid by PayPal or card, the full amount will be refunded minus the processing fee. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by email or WhatsApp, including your booking code.

Is tipping mandatory in Peru?

No. Tipping is optional. If the service was good, a tip is welcome, but never required.

What happens if my luggage is delayed or lost?

Please inform us via WhatsApp. We include 1 hour of free waiting time after your flight arrives. After that, USD 2 is charged for each additional hour.

Do the drivers speak English and are they tour guides?

Our drivers speak Spanish and basic English. They are not tour guides. If you want a professional guide, you can request one separately.

Can I leave my luggage in the car during the tour?

Yes. The vehicle remains locked and the driver will take care of your belongings while you visit the sites.

Is the fare per passenger or per trip?

It is always per vehicle or per service, not per number of passengers.

Can I pay in soles or dollars?

Yes. We accept payments in Peruvian soles (S/.) or U.S. dollars (USD).

Is a sedan suitable for 4 passengers?

Yes, if you have light luggage or backpacks. With large suitcases, we recommend a van.

Places to visit

Tipon

It is an impressive Inca archaeological complex located 27 km southeast of Cusco, near Oropesa. It stands out for its buildings, agricultural terraces, and a still-intact irrigation system, demonstrating the advanced hydraulic engineering of the Incas. In addition, the Inca Trail crosses the top of the complex, offering panoramic views and a unique historical experience.

Pikillacta

It is an ancient settlement of the Wari people, located near Cusco and inhabited between 550 and 1100 AD. This ceremonial site reflects the influence of the central Wari city and nearby communities. Although it was never fully completed, its structures and streets offer a fascinating journey into the pre-Inca past and provide insight into the history of one of the most important cultures of the Andes.

Andahuaylillas

It is famous for its Baroque church dedicated to Saint Peter the Apostle, known as the “Sistine Chapel of the Americas” for its stunning frescoes. This picturesque town is part of the Andean Baroque Route, along with Cusco, Huaro, and Urcos, offering visitors a unique experience of colonial art and architecture in the Andes.
