What is the cancellation policy?

We don’t charge anything in advance. If you already paid with PayPal or card, we refund the full amount minus the processing fee. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

What is the best time to visit Vinicunca?

The best season is the dry season (April to October), with more stable weather and clear skies. – Busiest months: June, July, and August.– Fewer tourists: April, May, and September. During the rainy season (November to March), there are fewer visitors but a higher chance of rain and mud.

How can I acclimatize to the altitude?

We recommend arriving in Cusco at least 2 days before the tour, staying well hydrated, avoiding alcohol on the first day, and resting. If you feel dizzy or have a headache, please inform the driver.

Do the drivers speak English and are they guides?

Our drivers speak Spanish and have basic knowledge of English. They are not tour guides. If you would like a professional guide, you can request it as an extra service.

Do I have to pay in advance?

No. You can pay at the end of the tour or by PayPal/credit card if you prefer.
